Lamb-A-Year program. Six ounce lamp chop, dry aged for 21 days,
drizzled with balsamic glaze and served over veal demi glace. Paired with roasted tri color

SEARED AHI TUNA
Mildly spicy Gochagaru chili and sesame crusted tuna, lightly seared and thin sliced.
